I am a photographer, camera assistant, bassist, DC sports fan, and pescatarian. I grew up in the middle of nowhere Virginia but later moved to Roanoke which I consider “home”.

I was educated at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington in the Film Studies program to further my knowledge and finally put names to the techniques I’d noticed over the years. During my time there, I learned every aspect of filmmaking as well as still photography. Since graduating, my titles have included setdresser, casting assistant, associate producer, and inaugural props manager for a reality television company that specialized in crime re-enactment shows.

I currently reside in Tucson, AZ after stops in Los Angeles, Portland, OR, and Washington, DC. During my spare time, I like to experiment with long-exposure photography, play bass, hike/cycle around the city, and experience live music.
